Our foraging courses are held at various locations around Leeds, West Yorkshire, exploring the mixed habitats and woodlands in the local area. Our foraging courses are designed to give you an introduction to the art of foraging, helping you to identify both common and less common species of plants and fungi that grow in and around the north of the UK, and how these edible wild foods can be used in the kitchen in both traditional and modern cuisine.
